Cancellation Policy

Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

We request 24 hours cancellation notice for guests scheduled for a single service and 48 hours notice for guests scheduled for two or more services.

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.  We understand and recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.

 No email messages for cancellation are accepted.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your service, we will make every effort to accommodate your full service. If other appointments are scheduled immediately after yours, your service will be shortened and you will remain responsible for the full service price.

NEHA THREADING - SPA PARTY PAYMENT AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to NEHA THREADING SALON & SPA where our goal is to provide you with our exceptional service.

We are pleased that you have chosen us to pamper and share this special moment with us. Below is a list of things we will need to start the process of scheduling your party:

  1. Your name and contact information including phone number, address, and email.
  2. The first and last names of all guests joining your spa party.
  3. A list of all services/treatments you all would like to receive.
  4. The date and time frame you would like to schedule your party.
  5. An initialed and signed copy of our Spa Party Payment Agreement & Cancellation Policy and deposit (required prior to any holding of appointment).

DEPOSITS: All spa parties are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to confirming any appointment times. No appointments for any services will be made until both signed contract and deposit are received by NEHA THREADING. Deposits and prepayments can be made using cash, credit card or using cash apps.

FINAL PAYMENTS: All payments must be made in full at least 2 weeks prior to the appointment date. NEHA THREADING can accommodate party guests paying individually, however, each guest is required to sign the same Spa Party Payment Agreement & Cancellation Policy separately.

CONFIRMED BOOKING & SCHEDULE: Once payment has been received, parties will receive a confirmed itinerary of the day’s appointment times for all your service which is subject to our policies (below).

Late Arrivals/NO SHOWS: In order to effectively accommodate your group, your promptness is required and appreciated. We cannot guarantee appointments for party members arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment times. This is considered a no show/late cancellation. If time allows, the client will have the option of accepting an abbreviated version of the scheduled service at no discount. Guests will be charged the full amount of the service for all services booked.

It is important to note that to make sure everything goes smoothly, everyone arrives on time and is ready for his or her scheduled services. It is not possible to switch appointment times or services around on the day of the party to accommodate late guests.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for Spa parties require a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the date of services being received. If cancellation is given in the proper time frame and guests have paid in full, a refund of the total amount paid minus (-) the 50% nonrefundable deposit will be refunded.

GRATUITIES: A 20 % gratuity will automatically be added to all services at the time of final payment.

FOOD AND DRINK: Groups are welcome to bring snacks and no alcoholic beverages for their party. NEHA THREADING will provide a plate, glass, etc. We also have refrigeration for your convenience and our team will take care of the cleanup.
