This is a 3 hour workshop for couples or singles. Learn to foster and deepen a healthy connection and bond with yourself and the one you love through various Meditation and Sensitivity Exercises such as; yoga asana, breath expansion, dance, meditation, gazing and gentle compassionate touch/massage.
If you do not have a current partner, bring a friend. Anyone can benefit from this workshop. The intention is to learn how to be more sensitive to ourselves and the other, approaching our lives with an attitude of openness and receptivity. In time, this practice opens us up to a whole other dimension and attitude, experiencing our life with more sensitivity, energy and grace.
In this workshop we will explore
- Communication Skills/How to listen
- Gazing & Breathwork
- Meditation
- Nutrition
- How to strengthen and energize the reproductive organs
- How to massage specific Acupoints on the body to circulate and enliven the mind, heart and spirit.
Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water and do not eat any heavy meals 2 - 3 hours prior to the workshop.
Dean has traveled to Europe, Central America and throughout the United States for almost 20 years exploring Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation and Alternative Therapies for Health. He has certifications in Massage Therapy and Breathwork with a degree in Shiatsu and Asian Bodywork. He completed his 200 Yoga Training in 2011.
